NISSAN SEMI-ANNUAL MEETING

When your workforce consists of thousands, every moment of downtime significantly impacts the bottom line. Nissan North America’s Canton, Mississippi plant needed to provide semi-annual updates to the entire production team while minimizing the disruption to the plant’s assembly line operations. Knowing that every second counts and the show must go on, the company reached out to the university television center. A partner from the very first vehicle roll-out in 2003, Nissan trusts the center to make the show happen each and every time. Setting up a multi-camera television studio inside the plant’s auditorium, the center integrated its production technology with the building’s internal video network, providing broadcast-quality picture and sound to break rooms and gathering spaces across campus. The multi-year partnership is a reflection of the trust placed in the TV Center by one of the globe’s most reliable automakers.
